I feel the same way Vickie about VS, I live very close to an Outlet center and their is one shop that carries beautiful sexy bras in plus size, they even have 2 clasps instead of 4.

I was really involved with the Thyroid Association back when, so I know lots of facts. The Thyroid function controls a lot, and both hyper and hypo can cause a lot of problems like depression and anxiety. I was a texbook case and went undiagnosed for over a year. I thought that I was going crazy and was told by a psychologist that I didn't like being a "middle" child. Finally found the right doctor, and was back to myself slowly after that. BAD TIMES

Niki, there's so much out there that I'd love to see. We finally got to the Canadian Rockies a few years ago and went to Novo Scotia, which is our east coast two years ago. Next, I'd love to do British Columbia, to see our west coast. Then, I can see some of your great areas.

I purchased my VS article on line as I had a gift card from a supplier years ago. I understand how you girls feel.

vickie, i've been watching for you to post. good morning. as to liver test--labwork came back showing elevated enzymes. my doctor said not to panic, so i'm not. ranch style sounds good. i'm thinking we'll go with cottage but am not sure. i do know it's going to be small.

i've gotten a lot of surfing done this am about the 07 national senior olympics. looks like we'll be in louisville end of june next year flinging arrows.

nikki, rainy days are good for cleaning (or reading). have a good day.

i'm off here now to get ready to go to ww. when i get home, i'll change my tracker.

Judd's sister. They live in Hamilton.

Well, I came on in to work, and Judd is urging me to get the haircut. Good grief, what's a girl to do? I hate even thinking about it because it looks so good today. That, however, is an illusion because it's professionally straightened. I've gone twice in the last week; no way on earth will I pay $40 a week ($160 a month!) just to keep my hair this way. Hair! Women were shortchanged on that -- guys can shave their freakin' heads if they want to and nobody looks twice. Grrrr...

I have two pages to read so it'll be a while before I'm back. Happy day.

Saundra, I know how frustrating it can be when you are mis or not diagnosed properly. I need to read more about canine hypothroidism but I haven't found a site yet. I do understand that she'll be on medicine for the rest of her life. Not something I mind do for her at all. She's like my child.

Sandra, Cassie has elevated liver enzymes too. We don't know what that means yet either. My BIL had elevated liver levels for years (I don't know if it was enzymes with him). The Doctors chased it for years and finally let it go since he had NO symptoms. Sheesh. I hope you get a clean bill of health soon. Do you have symptoms? I think a cottage sounds wonderful. Sometimes, I feel our house is way too big. Why do 2 people need 4 bedrooms? That's why one of them is our Den/Computer room. If I have my way, someday we'll move into a ranch townhouse. I'll miss the pool, but oh well.

Kathy, trust your instincts on your hair. Maybe something inbetween.

Gotta go eat. I'm starving now!

Sandra, will you have a hot tub with a view? I always think of you and Curtis sitting and looking out.

Vickie, our place has three bedrooms, one of which is my computer room. It's just right for us, enough room to be together, or have our own space. My laundry is in the basement, but as long as I can get up and down, I figure its good for me to be doing it.

oops, kathy. sorry. i thought it was your sister. as to hair--it's summer. do what will be easiest to keep in the heat. (that's my sage advice.)

vickie, we have 4 bedrooms, too. we're planning to leave the hot tub. (remember all this is "if" we move.) we're thinking of building a waterfall/creek and placing a new hot tub near it. all that will be part of our "being with nature." we'll keep the lid on the tub when we're not in it, though. i'm really getting excited. two women i've met at ww live down there. i'm going to ask them today if they know of any land possibilities.

i am not having any symptoms i know of. i don't really know what to look for cept for maybe yellow skin and i don't have that. it's prob just one of the pills i'm taking causing the surge of enzymes. surge might be too strong a word. elevation is prob better. i hope cassie is all right. sounds like your bil is all right. that's good.

well, it's time to go. later dudettes.

Whoa, busy busy!
DH and I have always wanted to rent an RV and travel across the country. I think that it would be so much fun. And I could come see all of you!

Vickie, you know I never really noticed that they don't carry plus sizes? I mostly just buy bras and underwear there, not much else. I have, however, thought that I should stop shopping there because I hate their basically-porn commercials/catalogs. That bothers me. It sounds like Cassie is feeling better today. I always know something is wrong with Murph if he's not begging for food.

Saundra, I hope that you and Bernie have a great time this weekend. It sounds like a really relaxing time. I'm so sorry to hear about your thyroid trouble. It sounds like you've come a really long way.

Kathy, I think you'll look awesome no matter what you decide to do with your hair. If you want to try something different, you know it will always grow out.

Sandra, I think your moving plans sound great. It's good to think ahead. I've been trying to get MIL and FIL to think about moving but they haven't too seriously. There's is a split level and will eventually be very hard on them.

OK, better get to work!

Alright, I'm changing my avatar so I can get used to looking at short hair, but I did cancel with SIL. I don't think I'm ready.

They're really on my nerves today here ... I'll be back in a minute. Sheeesh!

Yeah, if you overlook the goofy pasted-on fake smile!

That was 7 months ago, and it has grown about 5 inches since then. I guess it would come back if I made a mistake, but I think I already have enough stress right now.

Oh and I talked to Shaun yesterday about that girl. I said "she realizes you're going, right?" and he said yes. He says there's no way he's going to try and get out of it, and I think he's actually excited and ready to get on with things. I just hope the next 9 weeks pass quickly.

Hey "babe" you look great. I'm always thinking about cutting my hair, and came really close last week. I asked Bern, and he said yes, then a quick no, so it stayed the same. You'd look good either way. Can't you find a computer program to show you in short hair? That would be fun.
