Good morning chickies
WI 155.6 a .2 drop but I am still waiting for my 'below 154.0' again. Yesterdays input was 19 points with the bulk of my points at dinner tonight with fresh pasta in garlic sauce. Snack wise, just grapes and cherries (gonna miss those cherries as the season is so short).
WO nothing formal but errands today and maybe sneak in a nap?????

Thought I would do some painting today since it has been well over 2 months now since I picked up a brush. I am also going to try a new recipe from weight watcher for little pepermint meringue cookies but going to tweak it so instead of 1pt make it 0 using munkfruit sweetener. If it works I will make a new batch to take youto my sisters 4th of July get together. Thought I would add a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top to make them chocolate/peppermint. Then sprinkle some crushed sugar free peppermints on top.

granny you have the will power to cut back if that is what you want to do. I hear from a friend of mine that those headaches are killer with the withdrawal of caffeine. At one point in my life I did drink large quantities of coffee (pot a day + diet coke). I gave up on it for over 15 years then just this past year I have included 1 sometimes 1.5 cups in the morning but if I don't get a cup I am ok at this point.
zallie congrats on the whoosh, can you pass one of those my way????? as long as I can eat LOL
ciecie, wow how frustrating just to get paystub!!!
jen, I watched the video you posted on the leg lifts, and I did the 135 and 90 to see if I had a 'lazy glut' I think he said.....well the answer is nope felt it where I should in the lower part of my glutes where the butt (lol) meets the thigh. So I guess the squats, lunges and high step up's are working like they should....those muscles are engaged when I workout. It was super interesting for me to see that at least in some respects I am using good form. But am I flexible like you?????not even in my wildest dreams at this point, not since my 30's.

Got to scoot, need to dry my hair and get ready for the day....look out baking and painting + shopping, cleaning, laundry blah blah blah blah

Good Morning, Everyone!

I need to do my month end cleaning at the shop today. Not sure if I will get a workout in, but I will try to do something.

This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1510 +
Weigh In Saturday

Have a Blessed Day!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
June 30

Galatians 6:9

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Gwen hadn't seen Ed in almost five years. When they had last been together, she had been very overweight. She had struggled and fought to lose over the years, and she was quite proud of what she had accomplished. She could hardly wait to see his reaction. That was one of the best things about losing weight: seeing the faces of old friends who could hardly recognize you. The looks she got made the fight worthwhile. Their disbelief made Gwen feel she had performed a miracle. Good things truly did come to those who waited and stuck to their hope. God had blessed her a hundredfold.

Today's thought: What I lose today in weight will be gain in other ways tomorrow!

142.4
1256 cal yesterday
Ended a 38 hour fast.
Did bootcamp, pickleball, yardwork, and bouldering.

Trying to get back on track.

Went to a ballgame last night and had a beer and french fries- not the most nutritious dinner. Haven't had fries in a long time. They taste so good. I could have easily eaten a lot more and didn't.

We'll see what today brings. I am already hungry.

This week will be tough, with being off work, more time near food, then traveling and July 4th party and then a wedding.

Hi to all you chickies!

Hi!

Gee, this is the last day of the month! Camp worked out fine. There was a concert/reception/art show Friday night.

I got a few plants in the ground almost everyday. But yesterday, it felt so hot, I watered the pots and then went back in the house, and it was only 8 am.

Jen, thanks for the info about the tomatoes.

?: thanks for the info about the gloves! Sorry, I am too tired to look back to see who chatted about it.

TODO:

1) Food mover

2) Exercise

3) Sort

4) Garden

5) Library stuff

She had her last treatment the week before last. The next week (last week) is when it hits her hard. She does everything in moderation, so she is good with determining what she can do. Yesterday, she only came to the morning service, no Sunday school or evening service. She looked really good. The Dr's are amazed at how well she has handled the intense treatment. She makes sure she lets them know about the power of prayer and Who is in control of her situation. She chose to get the treatment but she is OK with the ultimate plan for her.
