I’ve been in a 5 pound bounce for the last couple of months. I can’t get below 255 and stay below it. I lost about 25-30 over the last 6 months and now it’s like I’m at a plateau but not. I’ll sometimes dip to 252 and then I’m jumping up to 257. If it creeped up any further I know I’d be in trouble. But, it always goes back down and I feel “safe” again.
My weight loss was made possible by a low carb diet (not keto) and specific food elimination.
Any suggestions on what I can do to get me past this hump?
