I am going to Australia, the trip has been put forward, it was the darned school holidays driving the prices up, so it's now in June, but don't panic, I leave a week after the 10k!!! LOL

So, I got the flight for £644 in the end, instead of £900!!! I'm all excited now.

After this month is over shall we have a Kylie in Oz challenge. I really want to be 20lbs down before I leave, at least!

Yay a Kylie in Oz challenge! Wooohooooo!

Did some kickboxing teaching last night, did some weights too... was so tired I felt sick! Which was good cos that meant I didn't eat the other packet of fig rolls!

Welcome back everyone - it's funny how people suddenly reappear after ages absent from the site! It's fun catching up with how everyone's been doing.

A Kylie in Oz challenge sounds good to me .

Hello everyone! I'm feeling pretty darn good today, I went out for a meal with my boss at lunchtime and made sensible choices throughout the meal (none of the normal, oh well, my main course was good so I'll have a slab of cheesecake thinking), I had a good 40 minute/4.25 mile run this morning, and the scales and the clothes are both looking good.

Hi Phoebe How are you doing?

Hi Shirl Well Done with your weightloss

Meant to go out today but i've been online most of it and I still have'nt cleaned the house glad really seeing as hubby walked in with muddy boots on this morning Washing machine flooded the house again yesterday so i've tried another tactic to keep that hose in the drainpipe if it gets out of that i'm going to start calling it Houdini

Howdy everyone!

Had a good day yesterday! Ended up teaching kickboxing last night rather than doing much, but I'm not too bothered 'cos I managed to practice some fast double roundhouse kicks, which is mainly what I wanted to do. I got home and did some more practice on DF!

Off for a run at lunch but I'm having some caffine withdrawal issues! I'm trying to take the odd day off from Pepsi, so that it works when I want it to!
