Busy weekend again. Hopefully Sunday we can do some things around the house.
Tech, you have such a wonderful outlook. That is very important not only in the job situation, but in life in general. I know things will turn around for you. Remember, things happen for a reason.
Thing, have a great time at the beach. I would go for the part. Second in a life time. it will be fun and I'm sure the guys won't mind fending for themselves.
Tingle, welcome to our group. It is a great forum. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Losing wt is such a struggle. I socialize a lot too and that really holds me back from losing. I am trying to remember moderation in those situations. Try to be prepared. Take breads with you or others things that are legal if you have to eat out. Take your own dressings, etc. Just always think first and try to make good choices. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Afternoon everyone. Here it is Friday already. We were going grocery shopping today but put if off till tomorrow. So I have the afternoon free. Made a fried egg and cheese sand. for breakfast-lunch. I'll probably make salmon, cabbage and a salad for dinner.

Tingle- Welcome to the board. I have a little wine but am trying to keep it in moderation. Like 1 or 2 glasses and thats it. You can eat out on SB but you have to watch it close and be very careful when ordering. More and more places are getting stuff thats legal. Pull up a chair and start losing weight and ask lots of questions.
Tech- Oh boy I'll bet your DH will be lots of help getting things ready for your shop. So maybe it came at the right time.
It's the DAY BEFORE THAT SATURDAY that always gets ME and GATOR on a roll!!!! YEP....it's time for theTENNESSEE FLORIDAGAME!!! Should be a good game, it usually is...we're ready down this way...I've seen so many more flags flying from cars this month...GO VOLS!!!!

Thank you Toni. I put the group on one of my homepage tabs so it will come up every time I use the computer. No excuses any more. So far so good this morning. My crazy daughter called at 8 and woke us up. She wanted to know if she could use a rusty fry pan..LOL Her dad told her how to get the rust out. Her and her fiance just got a new house. We are so excited for them. I'm not hungry yet but breakfast will probably been fiber one and some milk. That is pretty much the only way I can get some of the fiber I need in my diet. Lunch might be tuna. I'm going through a tuna phrase right now. I ate two cans last week. I added onions, dill pickles, eggs and jalapenos along with the mayo. My younger daughter Stormy likes it that way also. She keep teasing me because I didn't save her any.
Well, I dont' want to write ya'll a book this morning so I'd better get.
Good morning! I am typing on Meg's laptop. It rained terribly on the way here but it has cleared off today. We are heading out to Asheville in a bit. We are staying at a house in Montreat. There are eight of us here, the three sisters, Meg from Maintainers and Ladies Who Lift, Jane from Jaded Ladies, Sandi from 100 Club and Wylleen from 300 club. I fixed breakfast this morning- omelets. Last night we went out to dinner, and while the food was good, there was not enough vegetables on the plate. Not sure what we will do today, but I think we will just walk around Asheville. I want to check out galleries and critic pottery!

Good evening. Went grocery shopping today and got lots of vegetables for this week. I'm going to make a spinach pie one day and also a cauliflower salad. So I'll have lots of yummy stuff to eat. I forgot chicken breasts so will have to go to our tiny store in town and get some. My new comforter and pillows are here so tomorrow I'll get to fix up our bed a bit.
CountryMom-I just made tuna today for lunch and it was so good.... I've been craving it to. I need to try it with jalpeno's in it.

My family are football fanatics too. Unfortunately all of the teams we like stink this year. (Notre Dame & Auburn). I live in TN and graduated twice from UT-Chattanooga, but just haven't ever been a BIG UT fan. My daughter may go to school there next year, if so, I'll have to support since my money will be going there!! Made lots of stuffed mushrooms to eat during the game so I wouldn't eat chips. Worked pretty well. Hope everyone has a good week.
I got back a little while ago. I had a fabulous weekend. I just LOVED meeting everyone. Suzanne, Jennifer, and Amy are wonderful in person! The area was gorgeous....
I am exhausted, so I will be back tomorrow morning! Sweet dreams, gang!
