Thanks for the compliments Curly and Angel. My chiro did mention today that my clothes are getting really loose on me. I've taken to wearing one pair of Xl sweatpants I got at Old Navy. I really do need some new clothes but since money is tight i'm trying to put it off!

Charlie Happy Birthday! Personally I allow myself a cheat meal once a week. I still record the calories though. I think if you watch yourself for the rest of the day one meal can't do that much damage. It's up to you, everyone is different but if you do go out for you birthday enjoy it!

Hey there Girls,

LMAO Curly~ You are too funny! Man, I'd be screaming it from the rooftops (such as they are in Gualala- 2 stories max lol)- if I were wearin' 14's! Good for you GF!!!

Glad to hear you're doing better Petra. Are you getting used to morning activity yet? lol. Your trip sounds fantastic. I can't wait to hear some of the info you get there.

Charlie~ Happy Birthday Hope you have a wonderful day. Don't be stressed.

Angel~ Are ya staying warm and hunkered down for the storm? LOL, I'm one of those people who have no business on the road when it's snowy- so I used to take the bus. Thank goodness it didn't accumulate much on the roads here last week!

Val~ GJ on another one!! WoooHOOO!

to all the PIC's. I'm so beat I just want to hit the pillow. ttys Ladies!

Happy Birthday Charlie. Hope you have a great day. You know you have flex points on WW which are for this purpose exactly so don't sweat it.

Curly-congrats on the 14's. I wasn't wearing 14's until I got under 200 so you must be doing something right. I find that the cut can really vary a lot from maker to maker to I have some that fit great and some that are still kind of tight right now.

Val-congrats on another pound. One-derland is just around the corner for you. I buy my clothes at outlets and discount stores like Burlington Coat Factory to try to save money. I also try to wait until I've dropped at least 2 sizes but I think you should think about it at this point. It will do a lot for your self esteem even if it is just a few pieces. The thrift store idea is also a good one. I know a lot of people who find great stuff there and I take my old stuff to the salvation army so I know they have some good stuff, LOL!

I'm still doing well with my morning dog walks. Everyone appears to be benefitting. I also went to pilates last night. I still have some quadraceps issues but they are getting slowly better. I think I need to get back to my weight training. That would probably get me there faster.

Lucky for us, the snow storm is expected to pass to our south. Curly--does that mean you are going to get it? It is unusually cold here for the beginning of spring but at least no snow. Today is my nursing home day so I guess I should get myself motivated out the door.

Happy Birthday Charlie!! I'll spare you my singing rendition of the song though.... Hope you have a fantastic day!!!

Well just as I thought, they cancelled school today for my middle schooler....with only 3 inches of snow down!!! Roads are completely bare and its just gorgeous out. I had the lovely opportunity of seeing my doctor this morning for my annual checkup, (blech )and I'll hear in a few days how the blood work comes out. I'm curious to see my cholesterol numbers,I need to increase my HDL and I've been really watching my foods and excercise. Dh got his done last month and his numbers have come down significantly but they are still DOUBLE my low range numbers.
