I have a bumper number too and it's 178 - I can never get past that number!

2. What weightloss plan are you using? Weight Watchers - a mix of Flex and Core and for the workouts I'm following Jillian's Winning by Losing

3. What is your favorite exercise? Dancing and yoga

4. What is one area that you struggle? Everything! Water intake, food, exercise, avoiding alcohol

5. What is one area of your weightloss journey that you excel at? When I am focused, nothing can get me off-plan - it's just finding the focus

6. What is your short term goal? To reach my 10% goal - which is about 12lbs away

7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal? A designer purse or a new little black dress

8. Best weight loss tip? Drink your water and eat your veggies to fill up

9. Bob or Jillian? Jillian - I need someone to yell at me and kick my butt every workout

10. Tell us about yourself! I'm a thirty-something single gal with no kids or pets. I am a bit of a workaholic and live by the work hard, play hard philosophy. I love to cook - healthy and not so healthy recipes and have every imaginable kitchen gadget to play with. I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and love to go out dancing with the girls.

I am so proud of myself. I did my first 3 mile walk/aerobic video tonight. My lungs really give me problems and I have only been able to do 2 miles videos before.

Oh Deb...many moons ago I had lost 75 lbs and got to 178 and I was stuck there!! never did make it past there so I just KNOW you are going to show me how it is done!

Rennie....Way to go!!! excellent job on that workout!!

I did excellent today, my first day on WW. I'm right on with my points the online thing says 29.5 and I get 30, of course that doesnt count any activity points I get...but I dunno how you use those yet. Actually I think my points might be a little higher because I think I have more rice than it lists, but I know its less chicken so I suppose it evens out somehow. so, as soon as I find something worth watching on the boob I'm gonna get on my elliptical for 30 minutes...yes I'm actually gonna use that thing!! I hope everyone else had as good a day as me!

Hi Ladies! I hope you've all had a great day today. It's been fun reading all the bios. I'm so jazzed about having the red team as a support group. We can do this together!

I just got back from a 3 mile walk. I'm not feeling great today, but I still wanted to get moving since I spent most of the day laying around. My calories are way too low today because I have a sore throat. I may need to make a smoothie tonight to boost my calories.

Rennie-- Great job on the 3 mile video! That's a great achievement.

Melissa-- Way to go on your points!

-- It really feels great when you get a good workout! I'm glad you had a great day.

Barbara-- Yeah on heading out to the gym! I hope you have a great workout.

I'm married, 3 kids ages 15,13 & 11- 1 boy,2 girls. I live in AZ where its hot hot hot! I have mostly been a SAHM but now working part-time at Kohl's doing merchandising, which I love and get lots of inspiration to drop the weight being around all that clothes! I like to read, scrapbook-not that I have time, and watch reality tv. Currently I'm trying to learn crochet, but am discovering that I am not very coordinated. lol

Well Well Well, weren't you girls the chatty bunch today!!! Wonderful to see for sure. I loved catching up on all the bios, thanks Melissa for another great idea!

Jlbake- Aw, sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Get better soon! Must be the season as I took DS to the dr today and the office was crammed! Great job on fitting in that walk. You're body will thank you for it later!

Melissa- Yay, I'm so glad you were able to start WW today! I hope you like it as much as I do. Get in that workout lady, you deserve to end your day on a high note!

Laurie- thanks for the idea on the book. Sounds like something I need to read! I can do alot of mindless eating at times and when I "come to" I always wonder why I chose the foods I did. Nah, no old ladies here! Only diva's in the making!!

Peach, sneaky devil!
Well I got in TBL power sculpt this evening. I'm feeling good doing both workouts today, still have points to eat, and I'm going to go have some vanilla yogurt with some fresh blueberries while I watch Medium.
