When I weighed last Thursday (not official weigh in just to check) I was down a pound. Mondays are my official weigh in day and today I was up a pound from my official weigh in (2 pounds from Thursday). Please don't kick me off...
I'm not ready to go home yet!!
I have problems on the weekends. I usually don't eat enough. I also noticed that this weekend I didn't drink the water like I had been (and I took a 3 day weekend so that was 3 bad days instead of 2.) I'm hoping that my weight gain was just from not drinking enough water and that it will come right off.
I took off yesterday from exercise. Today is the day that I exercise at night so I didn't get up early like I do on most days. This morning I am so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. Coincidence? Hmmm??
Hun.E.B - Good luck on your exam.
Ideal - I can relate on the feeling overwhelmed and being naturally shy. I hope I can overcome those to post more regularly.
