Oh, hello to everyone, finally had time to post (banned from 3FC at work). I look forward to getting to know those of you that I haven't met yet. Here's my bio:

Calorie counting

WATP and Aerobic Dance DVDS
4. What is one area that you struggle?
Eating enough calories each day.
5. What is one area of your weightloss journey that you excel at?
Planning and logging everything.
6. What is your short term goal?
For this challenge, 18 lbs.
7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal?
None - I plan to buy a new wardrobe when I get to my final goal
8. Best weight loss tip?
Little changes add up to big results. If you haven't read Mindless Eating, I recommend it. It has lots of great info about why we eat what we eat.

Another person that married their HS sweetie (29 years ago - does that make me the old lady around here?) We have two DS - one is married and in seminary in CA. The other is struggling through college. I am employed for a k-12 school district as the technology coordinator. I am very active in my church. I love to read, hike, garden, sew, craft, and take pictures.
