Sweetstina- Wow the compliments must make you feel soo good! I am back to work in 6 weeks so I am hoping for a great reaction like yours as well.

It seems everyone is losing more every second week...are people loosing more weight than inches or is it pretty comparable...
I wish my boobs were to first to go apparantly that are holding out 'till last.

I think weight loss and inches differ for each person. I've lost 23lbs and 25.5in.

My scale showed 4 lbs down since Saturday... is that possible?????
I too had headaches the 3rd-4th day.. your body is detoxing sugars.. take advil, drink more water.. this too shall pass...

I think the saying goes.. you lose 1 inch per pound ( approx).. and a 15 pound loss equals 1 dress/pant size smaller!

Unless your over 5'7". I've only lost one dress size in almost 30lbs. That's the dilemma of being tall.

But of course it's also easier to hide our extra weight since there is more room to "spread it out." LOL!

Default IP Nutritional Info

Someone may have already noticed this since I have been AWOL for a while now, but I just went to the IP website and they no longer list the nutritional values of their products there. Am I missing something or is that the case? I am looking on the US website.

Nope, nutrionals are not longer listed. They took them off a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, I gained 60lbs and only went up two dress sizes. I really hope since this diet works on fat stores that my body will reshape a bit. It would be AMAZING to be a size 12. I wouldn't know what to do with myself!

Yes, I found this to be true. 13 # and 13 inches gone. Not quite a dress size but almost. Pretty amazing.
