Why am I craving potato chips? I've been really craving them for the last three days - haven't given in to it, and I've no idea why! But I really, really want them!

Now don't fall over with shock but the housemate from **** has actually moved a load of his crap this afternoon, and is supposedly coming back tomorrow to finish it off.

And he paid me $25 rent. No that is not a typo - it's a bit short of the $320 he should have paid. And am I supposed to be grateful?

what a weirdo.... maybe he figures that is all he should have to pay coz you are kicking him out and he didnt spend the whole time there, perhaps you then have to give him a bill for you being baby sitter and storage king.....

i have a possible disaster about to happen....... my cross trainer is breaking..... at the moment it will only go IN REVERSE and that is such a harder work out and sucks, but also makes me think there is not long and that wont work... then i have nothing....... i rang a gym doctor yesterday but they didnt ring back, so i'll ring again today, i know keeping it outside is not perfect but it is the only place it will fit.... if i lose the cross trainer option things may slow down.....
BUT
I am going for a walk at 4pm this afternoon, like i used to , with or without my neighbour
AND
yesterday when i went to zest to get a gym doctors number i found out about kidz club for kids between 6weeks and 12years basically a dumping ground for mums who want to go to the gym so in the next couple of days i will go and see kidz club in action and see if i think i can leave my baby there while i do a body step or body pump class, i miss those

gotta go do half an hour of backwards cross training the girl has finally gone to sleep!

ps - vonni thanks for the bicky hint, i will buy some this week, i think she will like those.....

Ask for a forwarding address and get your solicitor to send him a bill. Did you have him sign a sub tenancy lease or co tenancy thing whatever it is he would be called. If so, you are legally entitled to get the money. If not, I's suggest it with the next one.

Keep it a strictly business arrangement. Have the documents written up, and stipulate that rent in advance to be maintained at all times. I know here we can get info from a tenmancy board about it. Do you have anything like that in WA?

Good luck Ani. You don't deserve losers.

so weird and funny i guess
i just did 30mins on the cross trainer IN REVERSE and then i thought i would see if it would work forwards,,,,, and it seemed to.......... whats with that!? especially since i tried that first and it seemed that it wasnt evengoing to work in reverse!??
i have to get my hubby to pull it apart and have a looksy, i hope he doesnt break it or try and zupe it up.... he is a mechanic and that is what they seem to do...........

yeah ani - you dont deserve losers, maybe you should get his photo before he is gone gone and put him on a punching bag and take housemate frustrations out on him while getting exercise boxercising?

Ani that's good news that the loser flatmate from **** is moving. Onwards and upwards for you

I can't wait for my lunch today. I've got a delicious salad with mesculin lettuce, red onion, red capsicum, cucumber, chick peas and sesame seeds. Yummo!

Made it to the gym last night and did 50 minutes of cardio. Tonight will be 30 minutes weights and 40 minutes cardio then home for delicious dinner of stir fried beef and veggies on udon noodles.

Keep on keeping on ladies

I have asked him three times for a forwarding address, and he has avoided the question each time. I can't trace him through vehicle registration, because he has no number plates on his ute - and when I rang his boss this week I learned that he (the boss) was jailed on Monday for indecently assaulting a 15-year-old. So the only thing I care about is that he gets the **** out of my life TODAY!

My new housemate adventure starts in just under two weeks. An Aussie woman who lives in the US is coming here for six weeks to finish her PhD, and wants to rent the room. She'll be spending long hours at Murdoch University, and lots of time visiting her family. She's also willing to pay the full six weeks rent and bond up front!

I kind of like this idea - short-term housemates

Hopefully I can report in tonight that the housemate from **** is GONE! That's all I want at the moment.

I did OK yesterday. I didn't exercise, and I ate 1700 calories - and drank 2.3L of water.

I do plan to walk today though, and stick to my eating plan.

Hope everyone else is doing OK. You all sound like you're on fire - woo hoo!

that flatmate sounds way more promising - that other guy is scary

julia, you with the chickpeas as well...... hmmm maybe i should try these chickpeas............ so are they healthy????

today i am going to get benji to take my measurements so that IF i dont lose weight tomorrow at weigh in i still should definately have lost cms since my last measurements weeks ago...... and that will keep me motivated.
IF i do lose weight i am going to buy myself a multiuse dayspa pass at the place i do baby yoga it has 4 yoga sessions, 4 mindu massage bed sessions (infra red and massagy mmmmm) 4 sauna sessions (which i may not be able to use as i am breastfeeding but if not then benji can use) a mini facial AND a body scrub for just $150!!! if i dont lose weight that is my motivation to do so next week - i want the massage bed bad (and i already pay $10 a week for yoga so i may as well get the card

Today:
Drank a heap of water
Cross trainer 30 mins IN REVERSE!
Walk at least 40ish mins (maybe 45ish)
Ate OK
Swimming lessons with the girl - i'm guessing walking around the pool with baby is like aqua aerobics hehehehehehe

Hope I check in in the morning and drive you all insane with carrots!

Ani, sounds good - try advertising on www.gumtree.com.au under "short term accommodation". Lots of overseas people look on there for short term accommodation, maybe you could get them lined up and have them pay in advance? Then you wouldn't have time to get sick of them, and help for the rent!!

Today:
Ate 1443 cals
Walked: 59 mins
Cardio at gym: 45 mins (crosstrainer - HARD++!!)
(Burned 853 cals)

I am on fire!!

*sigh of relief for Ani*

Wow, I had a great day today (shift at work excluded). I got up early and went to the gym - only 30min cardio coz bf wanted me to stay in bed :P Had tasty avocado on toast for breakky, cous cous for lunch, and soft boiled eggs and toast for tea. I also made these weird little quiche things with tuna, corn, 4-bean, egg and bread. Yum.

I lost track of how much water I drank, but there was ALOT. I must have refilled my bottle (600ml) at least 5 times over the day!

Let's go!!!!!!!!!

Kylie

I am going to try and make protein bars tomorrow - not eating enough protein, and can't be bothered making protein shakes each day - but I have a huge, horse-sized tub of powder, so I am going to try and make some snack bars myself!

I'm so sick of it!! No gym last night due to feeling so yuck and it'll probably be the same today judging by how I'm feeling at the moment.

Keep up the great work you guys
