Just got back from Puerto Vallarta! And good news...I didn't gain any weight! In fact, I even lost weight So excited!

Now I really need to get back into the swing of the things and start keeping track of my WW points again. I'd love to get out of the 150s by the end of the month. Sorry, I'm too lazy to read through all the posts I missed. Welcome to all the newbies.

Weighed in this morning at 155.2! I think I can safely join this challenge now! W00t W00t! (In all but one of my weight loss attempts over the last two years, I have NEVER been able to get below 150! So I have set my first mini-goal at 149 *excited*.)

OH MY GOSH I have done so badly with exercise and eating lately. No exercise at all, skipping breakfast and lunch, and eating whole meals at 3 AM instead of going to bed! Drinking little water, and tons of sugar. I need a serious kick in the pants. I wake up every morning thinking I'm going to make great choices and then stuff always comes up that makes me think I'm too busy to exercise, and in the moment I cave and splurge on that Starbucks drink or enchilada at 3 AM which makes me stay up and get little sleep. BLAH TO ME!

But the good news! I've FINALLY after trying for months been able to give up wheat, which I'm allergic to and I've suspected for a long time is causing at least some of my digestive trouble and constant sick feeling. I've given it up for around 10 days now and am already feeling about 15% better, plus, even with no exercise, very little sleep and evil food patterns, I've officially lost to 159 and held it long enough to claim it! :-)

So I'm encouraged in my goals. :-) Now, just to get my sleep, eating and exercising back on track. I'm encouraged that I may lose quicker than I was, when I kept stuffing myself back up with foods my body didn't handle well.

I go on vacation tomorrow but am going to be sensible with eating choices and next week want to come back and hit the forums and weight loss regime again in full force!

Mouse- not only are you safely in you are half way out!!! Great job
Rain- we all have those kind of weeks push through it, maybe plan what you are going to eat and what times the day before so you have a plan that you can stick to. It also helps me to journal, I can clearly see when I need a snack and makes me think twice about what I am eating.

As for me I weighed in at 156.4 today so I am still moving down the ticker!! I am planning on only eating one thanksgiving meal and stopping there( not eating the leftovers for days), I want to maintain my loss next week. Good luck girls <3

Keep up the good work ladies...

Its amazing what a little hard work and discipline can do, I started this thread back in June when I was 155lbs and now I'm 138...

Hello everyone! I just cracked the 150s and I'm eager to work my way out soon.

What are your plans to keep on track during the Thanksgiving holiday? Try to stay on plan, everything in moderation... I'm not sure what my strategy should be.

Well, I have not had the most productive month weight loss wise. When I hit the magical 150 mark, I think something in me relaxed and possibly relaxed too much. My weigh in day is Monday (when TOM is over) and I have a sneaking suspicion that I have maintained if not gained a couple of pounds. We travelled out west to see my inlaws and didn't eat all that well. I've been eating chocolate (high quality chocolate but still chocolate), and while I've been pretty good about the working out, I hurt my foot two weeks and haven't been running much since. In fact this week I'm not running at all to see if it will heal itself. If not, I'll have to take it to the doctor.

So I kind of need to get back on track... or I'll have this belly fat forever.

Well today I woke up and weighed and WOW what a surprise!! 152.8, that is crazy!! maybe TMI but I am contributing it to the fact that I was pretty sick yesterday (visiting the bathroom a lot). I wont move it on my ticker unless I see that number again...
I am leaving college on tuesday to head back home to atlanta for thanksgiving, I am so excited to go home and see my family and start cooking
We are having a smaller thankgiving than in past years people wise so I will be cooking less, I also am only going to allow myself to eat thanksgiving for the one meal. Usually thanksgiving turns into a 4 day binge for me. will have tons of extra turhey to keep me satisfied for after the actual holiday! Keep it up ladies, my goal is to be out of here by christmas!

urthwurm, that's my birthday too! I've been losing slowly and steadily so I don't think I'll be at goal by then but every bit counts. Good luck!

i hear ya Rains! i just realised a few days ago that i suffer from binge eating!!! so i've taken a control of it. as i realised i wasnt losing weight but kept losing and gaining the same pounds over and over again, so all the good work i would do all week, exercising hard, eating within my calories, would get wiped out, by my high calorie binge days. no more! i'm determined to hit 150lbs by mid december. my cousin is coming to stay with me for a few weeks from america (december 16th), and we have a competition going between us i really want to be 150 by the time she comes

update from me.

i realised i kept having binge day(s) every week. and explains why im not losing weight consistently, but going up and down. so i'm taking a big handle on it. and holding myself accountable. i have a countdown in my signature. my cousin is coming mid december, so i want to go binge free till then.

i also want to get down to 150lbs by december 15th. which is in about 3 weeks time. abit adventurous, but i like to set my goals high, so if i fall, i will fall on a branch and not on my bum on the ground hehe. reaching for the high branch.

i recently switched to using a digital scale. which weighs me lighter than my manual kg scale, and i get to see little losses , which helps keep me motivated
but i used my manual scale for the biggest loser challenge, so will continue to use that scale for the official weigh ins, but use my digital scale for my own self.

today i weighed in at 155.8lbs. :
