181 flat today!!! I hope to keep this up. I know some of it is obviously water stuff. I've been trying very hard with hydration. I hope to be a little under 181 for monday morning weigh in. We shall see though. Good luck to everyone. We can do this!

okay, sooo i've been creeping around this thread but haven't officially posted YET!

I did hit the 180's last week, in time for a mini-goal, and then i went back up to 190/191 but i'm down to 189, and have maintained it for 2 days now... so i guess this is my official introduction to this thread (i hope not to have to stay long!)

Ugh. Now I'm up to 189.4....today has GOT to be a better day. I'm HOPING that it's just water retention cause I went to the gym for the first time in a while and worked out for the first time in a while....but I do NOT want to go back to the 190s...=/

Today, my butt is back in gear. NO food that I can't be SURE of the points for. I'm NOT going to gain back ANY MORE WEIGHT!!!! >.<

woke up today to 188.5
i even 'binged' last night. well not quite, i just had one of those panda bear licorice sticks (no fat!, 100 cals too!) and a few mini crisps... only went over calories by 40! so i don't mind
today i'm having an 'off' day. no counting cals or fat, but doing it all on my own picking healthy food!
breakfast was oatmeal and fruit, lunch will be a sandwich and carrots and fruit (spaced out throughout 4 - 5 hours at school) and whatever i have for dinner i'll pick the healthiest thing

Well the 187.0 started off a great day did 30ds this morning and my husband put his arms around me and said come here skinny That absolutely made my day only being down about 6lbs since really getting back on track but still gave me the motivation i needed to get out of the 180s. Also he asked if the shirt I was wearing was a medium it wasnt but still a nice comment. Cant wait to get to 170 i'm going to treat myself to a mani and pedi!!

Well this morning I was 187.4...that puts me up 1.9 lbs since last sunday...but I'm still not back in the 190s so I do not care. lol. I guess I'll be positive and say that at least this gives me room to improve. =D

Ugh! I took yesterday off, and as usual, my weight went up. Yesterday I was 180.8 and today I'm 181-8. I hope it's just water retention. Of note, I visited my boyfriend's family and ate dinner with them and didn't drink as much water as I usually do. I'm just glad I stuck to the vegetable soup and salad and not the huge steaks they grilled.

187.4 today, havent really been losing much lately and i have no clue why. The 180s are definitely the hardest for me to get out of!

I feel you, Jessica. I've pretty much been in the 180's since August. Mostly high 180s like 88, 89 ish. I was stuck in the 190s for eternity. I feel like it may just be our bodies getting close to goal. Who knows. Anyways, if we stick to it, eventually we will reach goal and get out of the dang 80s. the way I look at it though is better stuck in the low 180s than back in the 190s or wherever the last stick point was. Good luck!
