248.8 today. 2-day binge Sunday/Monday - worst since I started on this whole escapade. Now I feel awful, and bloated, and icky, and like I NEVER want to eat any of that crap again!! Back on track for me!!

242.6 this morning, so some of the bloat is starting to leave.

247.0 this morning. SO glad I was able to shed the water weight from my weekend binge. Won't be doing THAT again!!

Luceia - I can't even tell you how thankful I am for your continual support. It really makes all the difference in the world to know that I have people who understand and support me through this process So glad you are feeling better from the weekend. Those episodes are so hard to recover from mentally for me...way to go for getting right back on track!

Wooooo Hooooooo welcome June!!!!!! I am so proud of you!!!

As for me it has been a bad week, my body is still trying to adjust to steroid shock and I felt sorry for myself and binged and to top it off I am suffering from TOM fluid retention!! Ughhhh I am barely still in the 240s but I am hanging on.

My official weigh in this morning was 240.6 so hopefully I will be moving on soon.

Belinda I know you will rebound with this and be back on the right track!! I am just finishing TOM so I totally understand!!

*That is a huge drop from yesterday. I think part of it is dehydration, so I am going to try and really hydrate today, so I expect a bit of a weight gain in the next couple of days, but thats okay.

Smallsteps - how are you doing? I've been thinking about you a lot and hope you are feeling better!

I'm doing well this morning...glad it's Friday! Weighed in around 247-248 and have been able to get back with the exercise thing this week. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
