For those of you that cheated, are you happy you cheated, or if you had it to do over would you not stray?

Same question for those who went on vacation, but did not give into temptation... do you wish now that you had?
I would suggest going to phase 2 instead of straying or cheating. Eat 2 meals with protein and veggies and then use the packets for breakfast and a snack. I just feel like it's not worth it and we are paying so much money to lose the weight. I might feel differently though if I were going on a cruise HAVE SO MUCH FUN!!!

I think there are two issues here--are you talking cheats that still leave you in ketosis but add fat that you should not have or are you talking major diet shift for the whole time. I have been on this since Janurary 18, and I have cheated with stuff that has left me in ketosis. I know that the whole point of this diet plan is to give your pancreas a rest and someone said that to reset it usually takes 100 days---so that would be a downfall to going completey off. Just my thoughts on this.

I read the 100 days thing which would SUCK since my wedding is in 45 days SO... that ain't gonna happen... I will get back on it after my honey moon but honestly, it would be absurd for them to think I would be taking packets to my wedding and honeymoon ;-)

Quick question for those of you who use Ideal to Go. I know there is a one time registration fee, but are you required to purchase your first food from them or can you sign up and get all the info and support but then order from some place else?

When I received the email from Tom at Ideal to Go he said there was a $25 registration fee, but he could possibly waive it. Did you have to buy your first food from them? I'm wanting to buy my food from Lindora because its cheaper.

Well I do get my food from Ideal to go, but I even emailed my person and asked about the multi vitamins as I have a full bottle of Alive ones and figured why not take those instead now that I am done with the IP one... she said that would be fine... again, different people are handling the different Ideal to go places so maybe that's why... I don't know

There is a $25 registration fee, but it was waived for me, and I think they waive it for everyone. You probably don't have to order your food from them, but if you don't I'm sure they will question it and as to whether you are actually doing the diet or not. You will probably also not get a great coaching response over email and phone if you are not paying them anything, especially with regards to food.

I thought about the fact that I might not get great coaching if I'm not paying for it so I will probably buy a couple things from them.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm super excited to get started on this!

is that your pancreas has reset. Not planning to change anything but
I am looking forward to that milestone.
Chaplains wifey and Jordanna - you are there! Anything feel differently??!?
