For the first time since the beginning nothing have changed still 136 but my trainer changed my program and I guess my body needs to adapt, it is ok with me.
Really starting to get irritated at this point. The last 2 times I started WW I dropped aprox. 12 lbs in the first month and 3 weeks in and I'm gaining??? So frustrated!
Going to have to get a move on to have 8 off by the 14th. Okay -- will just do my best and be happy with loss. Even-Steven this week. I floundered a bit post-trip, although I did all right while I was away. I've been getting my 10k steps every day since Christmas, doing my 10 minutes of yoga almost every day, doing the weights 2-3 times a week.
Time to tune up the diet.

I had few skirmishes. I was getting off wheat and sugar this week and managed that, though, so maybe this week will be better? Although, if I just continue to lose a pound a week I'll eventually get there...

Wish I could say it was hard work that got my loss this week but it wasn't. Had the stomach flu at the begining of the week and an infected tooth the rest of the week. I'll take it either way!! Just need to make sure I work hard to keep that off this week, finally back on plan and feeling good enough to get back into my workouts.
