Let the frustration of the up 2, down 2 get the best of me, and now I'm back to where I was in March. Good news is that I've stabilized, and am determined to stay on track through the holidays.

New Year here. I more or less maintained last year but am looking to kick this goal's butt in 2011. Little over a month to V Day? I'll aim for 8 pounds. 

scale. I struggled this week and had off-plan afternoon snacks several days. But I think I'm getting my head around this thing. And I get to move ticker, huzzah!
