Well my... as long as I don't enter my daily or weekly weights I can see the consistent losses. Even if I have gone up and down 2-3 lbs almost daily, I'm just showing the lowest days here.

It makes me feel better to see it this way.
I'm going to a Weight Watchers meeting today... haven't been to that in over 30 years but I thought I'd give it a try. My sister has lost 52lbs since October. My measly 25 doesn't seem to compare. And she hasn't even begun to exercise, while I've been burning up the gym.
