    I just found out i've been accepted into my grad program and I will be moving (yet again) in Aug. It's only 4 months away so in the short time I have left.....I WANT RESULTS!

    Well, the gain is deserved. I let what should have been two special meals for Easter and my birthday turn into a week of overeating. Back on track as of yesterday on Fat Smash. Doin OK on exercise.
  • I weighed in a lil early this week and the scale said 263! but then I weighed in this morning and it said 260..I guess I was bloated or holding water or something. So i'm going off of todays weigh in.

    I am BEYOND frustrated. Had a really good week. I've been playing with the same pound for almost a month. Back to low-carb for a few weeks starting this weekend.
  • Good morning, natamars! I weighed in at 142.5 this morning. So, for the last 6 days, that's 4.5 lbs. down. I'm curious to see what my official one week weigh-in will be tomorrow, since that is the day that I technically started seriously working on losing weight again, and joined 3fc.

    It looks like our weight goals are very similar. I don't remember if you mentioned before what you are doing to lose weight. If it's any help, here's what I posted on another thread yesterday about what I'm doing...

    I do a combination of calorie counting, carb watching (not counting so much), and zig zagging. So far this combination seems to be working really good for me. I've lost 4 pounds since I joined this site last week (May 22nd). On my lower calorie days I'm also only having my carbs at breakfast, and the rest of my day is low fat/normal amount of protein. I figured that between the lower calories and the small amount of carbs at breakfast, my body will really go after those fat stores. On my higher calorie days I eat normal amounts of carbs, but still try to avoid carbs towards the afternoon/evening time, and have a little bit more healthy fat. I pretty much keep the protein count the same on all days, aiming for around 20 grams per meal. If I do have carbs later in the day, I try to keep it at a minimum so that I'm still doing low carb at least. We'll see if I continue to have good results with it. The first week of any new change in diet seems to give the best results.

    P.S. - I can't wait to have my weight loss ticker up and running. It's so encouraging to watch it go from one side to the other. For now, I've just been tracking my weightloss in my sidebar. The first set of numbers is my weight loss the first time around when I made it to goal. The second set of numbers is the weight I am now trying to lose again.
