Up one, down one - my own fault. Haven't been on plan. Calories have still been OK, but not good enough. Starting extreme fat smash on Friday - hoping for a good loss then. Also increasing my cardio - have not been doing enough of that.

Finally feels like my body is responding. For the longest time my body didn't feel like my own, and none of the exercise or dietary changes were having an impact. My old clothes are starting to fit again, and I'm giving away the larger sizes I had to buy.

Had a stomach virus last week and weight's been fluctuating a lot(for me) ever since - up 2, down 2 in one day. 135 is a plateau for me. Been doing great with exercise, food just so-so. This weekend is my birthday and Easter so I will be off a bit, but back strict on Fat Smash on Monday. Happy Easter!
