Did not want to come in and post that I was a pound up this morning, almost back to the start, which I thought (see below) was temporary. I'm going to start following WW plan again. Do it by the numbers.
October 3th: 221 (Bump UP from yesterday, thinking carbs and salt) Looking to be down at least 3 pounds next week.
October 9th: 217 -- -4
October 16th: 222 -- Back to the start, plus 1 for good measure.
October 23rd: 221 -- Okay. Time to LOSE -- this is getting ridiculous.
