Hi All, I'm SOOO glad the holidays are over!

They went well and I was happy to say I had met my mini goal....BUT with all the tamale tasting and yummy food, I put those 3-5 pounds back on! ugh! So its time to get back on it and shoot for another goal.
to those of you who met your goal and/or maintained, GOOD JOB! Keep it going! For those of us who didn't quit make it that far out of the gate, its okay, get back on it!

I have a great feeling about this years so i'll send the vibes out!
