Yay me for maintaining - Now it's time to get back to losing! I didn't realize it's been about 2 months since I've counted calories or points. I got tired of the daily grind (scale - count - watch - worry) so I've been just coasting. I stepped on the scale finally and I'm proud. No losses, but no gains either! I was worried that I'd gained at least 5 lbs.
