Ok, I cheked craigslist for Zumba today and found someone selling one in my town, a 4 dvd set for only $20.00. Met at the 7 11 and it is now mine. So excited to get for such a great price. I am looking forwarrd to trying it out. I love to dance.
So today I finished grouting our kitchen island, we are remodeling and I do the grout and paint work. The kitchen is looking good but I can't wait to be done.
WI tomorrow, hoping for at least a pound. I really want to get as close to 199 by Dec 1st as I can, but I am trying to be realistic too.
Ok, cool..I'll be over tomorrow to do Zumba! ha! My neighbor has the DVDs and I keep saying I'll do it with her and I never do. LMK how you like it. Are you remodeling to sell or just to update your house?
I never called the center today, so I'm gonna do the plan on my own. Just couldn't justify any money there when I can spend it on more drinks if I want to buy more (I'll order online). They have too much of my money from plans I never finished in the past! I did stay OP today, although I only got 2 drinks in. I really hate the HNS..I know they burn calories or whatever they do, but it's the biggest downfall of this plan for me (that and the pills)..Other than that, I really LOVE the protocol. I just have to work around the obstacles again. I put a pic of me from September 2008 up as my screen saver on my computer..it's a really great pic and look super slim!

We just moved into our house in April and every room needed updating.
so tired of it, but I am happy with how it is turning out. I will be doing Zumba tomorrow for the first time. My new little kitties had me up since 4:30 so I am just to tired to try and I workd from 9:30-8:30 today. Long day.
Everyone have a great day on program. I am stopping at the center on my way to work hoping for a good weigh in. I lost 12 just before going to the center on my own doing south beach and some exercize before that, since the center I have lost 39 so I want to hit the 40 lb board at the center today.

So after reviewing several options I decided I'm gonna opt out of mrc and go back to weight watchers mainly for the reason it's not lower carb (unless you want it to be) and the manager agreed that my body needs more carbs than the average person for some reason (probably from 13 years of yo yo dieting and abusing my body I'm sure) so I'm definitely NOT done with my weightloss journey, I'm just taking a new road on it I still plan on being at goal by my bday in february. I am sure gonna miss you all! you have been so great for motivation and inspiration! I'm sure I'll be checking in on ya'll as I'll be around the 3fc boards for sure. So I still haven't went off plan, tomorrow I'll just switch to the new one on ww so I'll keep plugging along for sure
So sorry this wasn't a good plan for you Spryng, but at least you recognized it and have made arrangements to pick up with WW, and it is awesome too, so I wish you great success. There is no way that any one plan can suit everyone!

Everyone have a great night!
What a great deal. I really enjoy the in person zumba class I do once a week. I've also had good luck finding zumba clips online to do at home since I can only do the face to face class once a week. I've hesitated to buy the set because the clips I've seen of the "official" zumba classes just haven't grabbed me as much as other things I've found. $20 is a steal though good for you! Let us know how it goes. Zumba is great fun. Feels much more like dancing than exercising.
I was down 2.6 pounds yesterday! I am glad that the scale started moving again. That plateau, or whatever it was, that I have been on was getting old. ~Crossing my fingers~

I had another WI on Monday and I'm down another lb and it was only my first day on menu. I hope that I keep getting losses because I get discouraged easily. Good job to those for their losses as well
Rocky couple of days. Needing a little support. I see everyone losing so much and I just feel kind of failure-ey. Preconditioning I lost 4.5 pounds then .5. Then I stayed the same. I'm weighing in tomorrow and am just hoping for a little loss. Its hard to stay motivated when you are eating correctly, exercising and ita not coming off. Sorry to whine!
Before I start with my weigh in, Spryng, I want to wish you the best of luck with WW. Good for you, taking charge..
I went on Metabalance for 2 days, and gained 1 1/4 pounds so went back to the Day 1-4, weighed in and lost 1.5 pounds. They want me to now go on the 5-11 menu, so we will see what happens Friday when I weigh in.
This is the third time, they keep putting me on Day 1-4, and then the second menu and then the third. It sure is becoming frustrating, but all in all, I did lose, so that is a plus.
