I got to sign the 50lb. board today! I felt a little like I cheated though. I had to exercise before my WI today when I normally do it after. I felt like it probably made me weigh lighter than I should have. Oh well, I guess I'll take it anyway! Hopefully it won't mess up my next weigh in :)

Great job!!! I find that I'm actually a few pounds heavier after a workout, so you should be fine for next wi.

the last time I was in a regular store! It will be nice not to have to buy all my clothes from Lane Bryant (although I do think they have nice clothes). Its just so limited! How many months do you think it took for you to get from 24 down to a 12? I love to see you making such amazing progress because you totally give me hope!

It has been so long, I honestly don't remember. It did seem a little slow in the beginning and then really picked up. It seemed like I was losing a size a month and I "fell" out of the plus sizes pretty fast.

Hi everyone. I just started MRC December 26th and I was doing so well. Then I got a call from my Mom on Jan 10th that my Grandma had passed away.

Sorry to hear about your Grandmother.

Nice job Bonnie!!! You are doing really good. Don't worry about them voiding your contract. If you are losing consistently, you will be their super star. They just don't want people constantly eating off plan and saying - hey this doesn't work, I want my money back. We all know, when you follow the plan correctly, it works.

I had something interesting come up at the center today and was wondering if any of you have ever heard this.
The counselor that I met with said that if you are going to split proteins at a meal, some group 1 and some group 3, you have to do it equally. Like for instance...I am on the 6 oz protein menu. So according to her I can have 3 oz. of group three and 3 oz. cottage cheese, but not 2 oz. of group three and 4 oz. cottage cheese.
Have any of you heard this before?

I have not heard of this. I mix my proteins on left over day. I think they want to make sure when you are mixing that you don't use too much cheese since it's double the actual weight. ie - don't use ground bison and add enough cheese to bring you to the full ounces 4/6oz.

Ok, so I have not only fallen off the wagon but it is now is now on the other side of the country!! I am going back in tomorrow and getting Tanita'd and measured; as well as re-signing for however long I can! I have no idea how much I've gained back, but I know I'm miserable!
Stress has been my downfall - and comfort food hasn't really made me all that comfortable... funny how that happens...
It's good to be back & see so many of the regulars on here from when I first started!
Happy new year to everyone! (I know it's a little late, but I wasn't here a few weeks ago...)

Hi Amy!! Welcome back - glad to see you. It is much easier the 2nd time for me because I'm not fighting it. Just do what they tell you and the weight will drop fast.
Rocki - on that note :o only you have the power to make the plan work. You know what to do and I have complete confidence that you can follow through.
I had something interesting happen today. I bounced up 3 lbs on my scale this morning. I made a juicy bison burger with sauteed mushrooms and garlic toast last night. I probably just overdosed on the Montreal steak seasoning - which is allowed. Then I didn't get my full amount of my monster water intake and only got 4 hours sleep last night. Luckily I got the manager today. My attitude was - it sucks this happened on wi day, but I'm not worried - I'm doing everything right and it's only temporary. She agreed and liked the attitude. Besides, that will make Saturdays wi awesome! I think where people go wrong is they have a bad wi and then get discouraged and eat something off plan. Slow and steady is winning the race here!
