Does anyone have any thoughts on the Corti-Trim? Meaning has anyone taken it and then stopped? Did you see a difference or remain the same? I purchased Corti-trim and MRC-6 in the begining (Nov 08) I ran out of the corti-trim mid Dec and have not replaced it for $$ reasons. I continue to take the MRC-6 because I feel for me it has really helped with the fat reduction, but I am not sure if I see the difference with no Corti-trim.

UPDATE: My husband isn't hungry anymore. Found out that the center had him on the wrong menu. I am still scratching my head over that one, he lost 33 pds to date but was hungry. So now that he is on his new one, he isn't hungry. If I would stop "tasting" things, I would not be stuck!

Question for anyone that uses the mega green tea with hoodia do you still take 3 during a day or do you only use 2 like their package says?

I only take two, one at breakfast and one at lunch. Today the center told me that I am losing 5 pounds per week. Is it the Hoodia that is helping? I don't know, but I am not going to change anything.

Jeanne-
Are you taking the center's hoodia or the green-T one? I am wanting to try the sam's one since the center's went up to 80 bucks a month. So I thought I might mix them for the rest of this month and see if there is any difference. The one I have from the center is 3x a day.

I am taking the green-T. I could / would not pay for the one at the center.

Cool! I just can't afford it anymore! I think I'll still buy the MRC 6 from them but have to come up with some reason not to take the hoodia anymore from them. I guess I'll try 3 times a day since that's what I'm doing now but if I can't sleep tonight then I'll go to 2x.

Thanks!

Hi everyone. I just started MRC December 26th and I was doing so well. Then I got a call from my Mom on Jan 10th that my Grandma had passed away. Needless to say with all the stress and sadness of flying to PA for her funeral I did not stay on plan. I got back home yesterday and I called the center to find out what to do. They told me to go to day 1 of my blue menu. I need to go shopping since all the things I had before I left had gone bad. It is so hard to restart after I was doing so well and now have gone back up 4 of the 7 ½ lbs I lost. Crazy that I gained at all since I did not eat much when I was away…. But I did partake in the alcohol at the Irish wake. I just wonder if starting only at the 1st day of the Blue menu is good enough or if I should go back to yellow…..

I take two - one at breakfast & one at lunch - I'm not much of a nighttime eater. If I were, I might take one with lunch & one with dinner.

You're only 14 lbs from goal (way to go!) - if they ask if you need anything just say no, you're good on everything - no explanations required. ;)

Laura-
More than likely you are retaining water from the traveling and alcohol. Get back onto program tomorrow and you will see those pounds disappear quick! Sorry to hear about your grandma. Good luck with refocusing and remember the long term goal.

Meemo-
I will tell them no next time they ask. Hopefully they won't pressure too much. Also I'll see how it goes. 2x a day would def. help cost!

Have a great rest of the weekend! We are off to ski tomorrow.

Laura  sorry to hear about your grandmother. No doubt you're retaining water from the travel (that always happens to me whether I'm driving or flying), plus the alcohol. You'll drop that in a couple of days - if you have any B6 try taking an extra one for 2-3 days, it'll help eliminate the water bloat.
