Did it take them 30 days to get the signature option on here working? (When you first signed up)

Got back a little while ago from a party at the neighbors. I was pretty good considering all the food that was there. Brought some cut up veggies and made a dip from cottage cheese and Hidden Valley dip mix. Also made home made tortilla chips from 50 calorie tortillas that I quartered and baked/toasted. Some of the other guests seemed to prefer them to the Doritos corn chips that were there. Drank an HNS before hand and only water while there. I did have 4 spare ribs but after eating them I found out the rub had sugar in it :-P. Oh well. Tomorrow I go to wi and hope that I will make the 10# board.

I love chai! You can get decaf chai tea bags. You could use the vanilla creamy for creamer. Frankly I'd pick up some of the low carb vanilla Slimfast - you can even buy single cans in some stores, just to try it to see if you like it - because it's so much cheaper than the MRC drinks.

I tried the Cappuccino HNS today and it is pretty good. I just pretended I was drinking Starbucks! LOL
Mix a Creamy Hot Chocolate HNS with hot decaf coffee. Yummy! And if you can find some White Chocolate DaVinci sugar free syrup, even better!

Did anyone have milk cravings? Do the chocolate and vanilla HNS curb it? I am dying for some milk. I don't know why.

I think Bonnie (Bomaze) was refering to the amount of the spritzer you would have to use if you actually marinaded meat in it. The reason those are allowed is because of how little is actually used to flavor the salad, but if you go beyond a serving then you might be having too much. A little spray to flavor meat is not going to hurt and is allowed but when you think of a marinade you think of alot of the stuff. A little is legal

I have been drinking at least 64 oz.
The guidelines I got were to drink 64 oz as a baseline, plus 8 oz for every 25 lbs you're overweight, and if you're working out, 8 oz for every 30 min (I think it's 30 min) of exercise.
I drank 96 oz when I was losing. Now I usually get a minimum of 64 oz.

I miss milk The hot chocolate is awesome though. I mix a teaspoon of instant decaff foldgers in it and 1 packet splenda (I like it real sweet) for a treat at night. MMmm

I don't know what's in it, but going from the name I'd guess yes. (It almost sounds like a meal replacement). How many calories in it?
As a rule, I'd say when in doubt, consider it a creamy.

If you spritzed the spritzer onto your chicken it should be fine - if you soaked it then it might be too much. If it was a screw up tho, it was only a minor one.

Ah, I forgot about the DaVinci Syrups! I used alot of those on Atkins, ooh and they have lots more flavors now. They are also carb free because they are liquid sucralose, no maltodextrin (bulking agent derived from corn) Thanks Meemo. Im excited. I can have a big assortment of flavored coffee now.

Thanks so much for the tip. Is Slim Fast allowed? I'm still on the blue menu (day 8). I know I can use the creamies. If I do use a creamy, I'm guessing it would only be a part of one. Do I count that as a HNS?

Thanks I did let it sit in it, but I only sprayed it 5 times so it shouldn't be too bad. Thanks for the help. I craved milk when I did Atkins also. I would finally have to break down and drink a half a juice glass, and then I was fine for like the next few weeks.
