Had an early morning meeting so I didnt get to work out yet however I am down .6 lbs since tuesday. WOO HOO!!! Cant wait to do BL and run today. However I was in heels all day walking so my calves are yelling at me. We shall see what tonight brings!! Good job Katie on doing Boot Camp. Its intensive but it works!

Megan,
The yoga would really help keep you flexible while you're building muscle, but I would be careful and not overdo it at first.

BL boot camp and 30 minute run. I barely made it. I found out tonight that I am a morning work out person not an evening one!!

The part that Ilike the most to see Bob's face is when he said on BL#1 is almost on the beggining:
"Are you doing it? Are you? Come on" And I'm like:ebike: He looks really cute when he said that.
I wonder if he's married? :chin::lol:

35 minute run and BL sculpt....I'm gonna have some nice looking abs by summer if I keep doing that!! :carrot: Also had my plan switched to blue. Hopefully this helps the weight melt off of me!!

P.S. Katie thanks for the bubble bath idea. I thought a hot shower would have done the trick. But that bubble bath did wonders!! :D

Well, Yesterday,:kickcan:
I cheated, I ate a piece of truffle cheesecake:hungry::cheese: from Eli's cheesecake factory, and today I have to pay the price so I did the BL High intensity cardio. Damn! I feel like I payed for all the cheesecakes that I ate in my whole life. But today I am gonna be a good girl:angel: No more cheesecake:nono: because on Tuesday when I WI I hope to see at least 1 lb. off...Bad Milca, bad :rollpin:
But I am glad that Idid the BL high intensity, now I know that I can do it!!

Megan - Let me know how the blue plan works for you. I just got changed to the blue plan from the gold yesterday too because I'm working out about 7 hours a week. So far I haven't seen any difference, but then again it's only been a day and a half ;) . I've been at the same weight for over a week and I've been POP and working out. Fingers crossed that this works!

BL Boot Camp. Should have done it yesterday, but DM called and I walked over to ther house for coffee instead. I did shop for about 4 hours yesterday, so that has to count for something!

Good Morning All!

Just curious.....does your plan mandate that you work out on a regular basis? My counsellor has been saying that I should lose 2 lbs on the plan (Gold) WITHOUT working out.
