BL boot camp and 30 min run. First day back in 10 days and just getting off from being sick so I'm not going to push it.

yesterday- BL low intensity, sculpt and tone, and cool down - 1:15
today- 3 mile power walk with walk away the pounds with 2lbs weights throughout. |

I already did BL #3 and am going out for a 70 minute hilly powerwalk with toddler in the babyjogger (Id say about SEVENTY pounds resistance,LOL!)

20 min Body Flex-evry done this? It looks totally crazy, but I used it a few years ago and it really works to tone and lose inches! :lifter:

Ok, talked to my COD today about switching plans because I'm working out and they wanted to switch me from Purple to (drumroll please)....................RED! Are they insane?!?! I told them no thanks I'd stick to purple and if I stay at this plateau then I'd think about it. Going purple to red is an insane amount of food (.5 protien 2 starches and 1 fruit more I think). I'm just not ready to add all that food back into my diet. Plus then I could never slack on the exercise. |
Red is 3 starches, 3 fruits, 4 veggies, 2 1/2 protein, 1 dairy, and 1 fat. You are doing so great with the exercise. I need to get back to it!
