Beth - What yu need to do is cardio, rather it's at home on that clothes hanger treadmill or at the gym with a 'hot young trainer.'

Only thing is you don't really need a trainer for cardio (unless you need the eye candy)
A habit takes 21 days to form, it could be free at home on the treadmill or at a gym where you pay and it could still be a treadmill

If I were you I would set a time, like 6 a.m. get up put on your workout clothes and get on the beast.....try it for atleast afew weeks, start out with like 15 minutes, work your way up. If you hate it, then go and pay at a gym. How does that sound?
