Guess I am feeling down today because he really didn't say anything to me about it and he is gone for 4 weeks again. Sitting at home alone thinking will get those emotions going I guess...

I know with my DW weight is a VERY sensitive topic. In the past when she has made great strides in losing weight I had to be careful how I congratulated her as sometimes she felt I was being too over the top and other times I wasn't making a big enough deal about it (women are insane, we all know that). Hopefully in your case he was just trying to be even keeled so as to remain supportive on weeks you weren't as excited about your progress.
On the other hand...is there a change he doesn't like the changes because it makes him self conscious about his own body/size?

I would think that hitting 200 is an out for dinner evening with flowers, personally. CONGRATS BTW on hitting that mark...AWESOME! Is it possible he downplays it on purpose? Maybe he thinks if he makes a big deal of it, you might think he was unhappy with you when heavier? My wife tells me she is proud of me and very happy for me BUT she loved me a very long time as a "big man" and she loves me the same now. But she shares in my victories and I get "special rewards" when our son who still lives home is gone!

Thanks guys, I needed to hear y'all opinions. No, he didn't down play it. We have been dating since May so he knows how important this is for me. He is NOT a little guy he is over 300lbs himself and tells me all the time how and what to eat, like I don't know...really? I am the only 200lbs smaller and YOU are the one that is 300+lbs and still going. I don't have a problem with his size at all but when you are going to tell me you ate a 22oz steak for supper that is a problem...insane actually. He is not goin to be my bf for much longer, I am and deserve to be treated how I feel.....special. ...he was gone for 2 months....never once did he say he missed me, when I got home from work on monday he was home, did I get a hug and kiss when I got home....nope....and someone mentioned you would be running after me...yea right that don't happen.....and as far as flowers and dinner...yea right....that dont' happen either...yea I am gonna get a new bf.......lol

I have always had a problem with running. Even at the end of my Boot Camp I was only running it in the low 15s... And, I can't float! I've tried all my life, but just sink.
If I had a 1958 Corvette I bet I could do those 2 miles in NO TIME.

JW...I would love a 58 vette! Had a 77 till I wrecked it at 135 mph on NYS Thruway with 3 freakin deer...pink mist, meat and hair everywhere. Ouch. I was playing in a band and late for a gig at a club when it happened. Oh well, at least I was not hurt badly. But man, that car could "float" for certain!

on another note: i am now in the 230's just by 2 OZ but hey i will take it. doing some heavy weight lifting. and taking a few suplments hope it doesn't turn me around. my Birthday is Sunday want to see 235 when I get up Sunday morning. i have lost alot of strength and muscle. got to get my pump on lol. any way have a great day lil mama. halla if you need me. You are so crazy!...at least you are in the 230's that is great! make sure you are getting enough protein before and after your workouts and if you are doing that you should be fine and not go the other way. Thanks again
