Well, I had my WI this afternoon. My poor coach. When my weight showed up she looked at it, then at me and then back at the scale and she asked me "Did you do something different on the program?" I said, yeah, sort of. I told her I had gone to a Halloween Party this weekend and some pretzel m&m's jumped into my mouth. She tried not to laugh.
Then I told her that I know I had let my guard/resolve down, but that I honestly felt that my goal of 140 was too low for my body. In current photos of me I feel like I almost look ill/sick. I am at 142 and think that if I keep my weight between 140 and 145 I will be fine.
We started me on Phase 3 and I am about to go digging in the forum for some breakfast ideas.
