Default Starting Phase 3!

Well, I had my WI this afternoon. My poor coach. When my weight showed up she looked at it, then at me and then back at the scale and she asked me "Did you do something different on the program?" I said, yeah, sort of. I told her I had gone to a Halloween Party this weekend and some pretzel m&m's jumped into my mouth. She tried not to laugh.

Then I told her that I know I had let my guard/resolve down, but that I honestly felt that my goal of 140 was too low for my body. In current photos of me I feel like I almost look ill/sick. I am at 142 and think that if I keep my weight between 140 and 145 I will be fine.

We started me on Phase 3 and I am about to go digging in the forum for some breakfast ideas.

Default Is Pumpkin OP!?!

I forgot to mention the pleasant WI at home this morning brings me to 150#'s lost and now I am 100 from goal. I'd wanted to be under 300 by Halloween, I just did not work the program like I should have so I did not loose much. I hope you all have an awesome Halloween. We carved our pumpkins and have the kids costumes all ready to go!





The kids were grossed out by the pumpkin guts, soooo I got some giggles:
And No I didn't eat it.


Then Kylie my almost 5 year old did here best Monkey See Monkey Do imitation:



The shirt on backwards makes it even funnier to me.

JW you look 10 years younger and I bet you feel like it too. Good luck on your PT this week going to be a lot easier at your new weight.

JW: You look awesome bro! Congrats on entering phase 3! I bet you can have a peanut butter/banana sandwich for breakfast now! YUM! I agree you look "thin" and should not go any lower...you rocked it bro...awesome!

Vet: CONGRATS to you brother! Great pic's also...what a great family and its good to see you all have such fun!

I just lowered my goal to 215. It was 240, then lowered to 225, and now 215 and it will NOT be lowered any further. Its that dang jelly-belly roll thing that is too much for exercise alone. Other then that I do not want to lose anywhere else...so will see how that progresses.

JW I am liking the chair you're sitting on in your new "after" photo. I have to admit the "big guy" in me likes the size of the dang thing. I still size up chairs and booths by habit and keep thinking I'm still in the 400 # range but I'm not and I am closing in on the 200's. Feeling motivated today. I will be handing out badge stickers and glow bracelets to the kids tonight from 4-6 here at work. Then a thirty min drive home to trick or treat on my street with the kids who will have already gone out with momma before I get home. I hate missing things like that. They vote here on election day to see if we will be keeping our PD.

I have to admit, that chair/rocking chair, is a big one. It's bigger than what you would normally find at someone's home. Sort of swallows me up. hehehe

Hope everyone has a great time this Halloween. We always take the kid to grandma’s house since we live out in the sticks so she can help my mom hand out candy. Lucky for me I don’t like candy so all I do is scare the children.

Has anyone seen WUV’s costume?? That is scary and she looks like she is going to have way too much fun with it

Congrats on the 200 mark With a goal like that your kind of like "Really I did that" and it's hard to wrap your mind around it and decide what to do for a reward. You just know you deserve something not only special but meaningfull as well.
