In the down side, I bought the cleanse even though I didn't want to. I'm supposed to start this weekend. I've never done one before. I hope I don't end up on the toilet all weekend.

Have a great day everyone!!
I would return the cleanse. Its a scam/rip off.

I hear ya. I put it off for a month and my coach kept bringing it up so I bought it. And now I've opened it so I can't return it. I guess I will see how it goes.

This last week (week 5) was the hardest yet. It felt like I was hungry all the time. Had my weigh in on Wednesday and was bummed that I only lost 2 lbs. but after looking at the numbers I dropped 5 lbs. in fat and gained muscle, so I guess it was a tradeoff. My coach said when people get this hungry at this point it is time to move to ph2, hopefully the right decision? It is awesome to get the inspiration from all of the people on here who have stuck with it and achieved amazing results. THANKS.

I am sore but happy. I had to carry my sons pack most of the way up and half the way down. I need smaller boots. They were too loose on the decent. Got blisters on the tops of my toes. One of my little Webelos mentioned my weight loss and asked how I thought I'd be doing at my old weight. I laughed and said I'd have died before I made it half way up!

Howdy all!
I am alive and doing well...been very busy with my work (self-employed) and ALSO looking for a "regular" job for the benefits. Sucks having to look for work after being on my own for past 25 years, but thats life!

Lost 3 more lbs last week so weight loss going good.
Weight loss by month:
July: 30 lbs
Aug: 19 lbs
Sept: 16 lbs
Oct: 11 lbs
76 Lbs total so far on IP plan in 16 weeks (4.75 lbs a week average)...doing EAS carb vantage shakes and no clinic or coach. You ALL have been so instrumental to my weight loss, and I thank you all very much! It is good to have this "home" to keep me safe from the world and on-track!

Weight loss of course is slowing down some but thats to be expected.

Bummer about the Saints football game last night...guess it was Denver's night. Of course I was very glad my Giants beat Dallas...woohoo!

Have a great week everyone! I hope to be popping in more this week to keep an eye on you all! haha!
Cheers;
Jake

Vet don’t you just love going somewhere and you know they should know who you are but they don’t. Great to hear that your able to enjoy going with the boys camping and hiking make everything worth wild.

DDD849 If you are not having any issues with the big C. I would pass on the cleanse. I have never done one all the time I’ve been on IP.

WI Saturday was down 4.4# for the week. It’s strange talking about phasing off with my coach.

Default Just checking in ...

Hey everyone. I haven't been on lately, just busy, same as everyone else. Here is a current photo of me taken this weekend. (If I can figure out the attachment thing on here )

Hope you all are doing well, especially those on the East Coast. Hang in there, hurricanes are a b!tch.

I've been on Phase 2 all last week. It was nice having that meat at lunch time. I'm going to talk with my coach this afternoon about going to Phase 3. I have that darn PT test this weekend.

Anyway, hi everyone. Have a great day!!!
John

Sorry Mammoth, but GO BRONCOS! They sure made the Saints and Brees look average at best. Sorry to hear about the job hunt. After being self employed for a long time I can't imagine giving up the independence. Good luck.
