Good Morning and happy Thursday....roll on weekend!
Today I am treating myself to a mani-pedi before we leave on Saturday to go on our cruise. We started phasing off yesterday and I have to say it is odd and I felt guilty. It is for one week and starting on 10-29 we will be right back on track with 100% phase 1. I am a bit concerned after reading so many posts about people struggling to get back on the wagon...I hope you all will keep me lined out.
Hope everyone has a fabulous Thursday!!!
Enjoy your cruise...no worries permitted until after you are back. Then we'll help you get 'er done!
Aww, there's Rainbow, now the day will be sunny, hey there lady!
WI today and down 1 lb. Last week was down 4 and I thought that was generous, so it's all good. The scale has been recalibrated after getting out of whack. Anyway, I've hit the big 30 lbs lost, so we see a new cheerleader added to the line up. Rah Rah, Way to Go!

Hi Molly,
Great to see you too and great to be back for some more! I look forward to seeing what all of you are and have been up to. Glad to hear you are still using the Actifry, it has become a staple appliance in our house, so versatile. Im not very adventerous and a huge griller, so I dont have a lot of variety with it, but my wife will stick almost anything in it, and most has been successful.
Shrimp peppers and mushrooms sounds mighty good, actually writing that down to try, Thanks!
Several weeks ago there was a conversation going on how people would compliment a successful IPer on her hair - even though her hair hadn't changed but rather her size had shrunk. I'm happy to report that someone today told me how great my hair looks! Bingo! I'll take it!!!
There you are!!! Don't go missing again. I was lonesome for you!! We need you!!

Love our actifry as well, but admit I don't think to use it very often! . The boneless chicken strips with buffalo sauce were TO DIE FOR. Gonna bust er out tomorrow!!!
OMG I am SOOOOO excited!!! Was browsing at my supermarket today and I found a BIG jar of "pepper paste" in the Portuguese food section! It's Red pepper puree in a jar - the only ingredients are bell peppers and salt! I love the puree but hate the time it takes to make it - problem solved!
