Scale is not too happy right now haha I guess I did more damage than I thought with the mini Thanksgiving on Saturday and leftovers yesterday! Back to fasting today and my tummy is grumbling. Plan is to do 4:3 through the end of the month. I'll probably schedule a 2 week maintenance break sometime in January so I don't stress myself out too much. I'm pretty close to my goal for the year, but I'd love to surpass it!
AmethystJean - Personally, I would start with one, and then decide if you want to add another. I found a combo of 16:8 and 5:2 to be too much, and that was after I did 5:2 (rather successfully) for over a year. Whatever you end up doing, good luck!
