Well the Rockies gave one away last night. Darn. I hope they can pick it up tonight and bounce back. Actually, the Dodgers, D-Backs, and the Rockies lost last night, so no changes in the standings.

No changes at the top DIANE but anytime those giants win stinks...especially to us.

Almost came back 7-8....

Pitching has about tanked since the break.

Nomar probably out again.l

Looking for a shortstop before the trading deadline.

I'm fine SWEET-C...see earthquake thread! Thanks for asking!

La Jolla is awesome and expensive! I live about 25 miles north of there. I love to go there but hate to park there! I worked in La Jolla for 2 years straight doing remodel work at a famous hotel, we had to start at 6am (not a big deal) just so we could get parking close to the hotel!

Almost a no-hitter for Lakey (Angels)... he went 8 and a third... I dunno, maybe its my woman's perspective, but I'd like to see the pitcher get it if they go that far... Pedroia broke it, we lost anyway, why not let the guy get some glory... A few years ago I was actually rooting for Mussina (NY) he went 8 and two thirds... I wanted him to get it...

I don't know about my Rockies... Why in the world would they give away 2 games?? I guess I need to give Pittsburgh credit, but a lot of the problem lies in the Rockies corner. Sheesh.
