Well I thought I would tell all of you that BIG BIRD is having a GREAT time at the game right now....

3~ 8 in the top of the 5th

MANNY is still on fire...another HR and rbi single so far...if we can only get him a team to play for....

I'm telling you since I am not speaking to her.

Another loss to the Padres!! Ugh we are 1-5 against those guys this yr! Lousy base running and even worse hitting = a 4-2 loss. And the Phils won, so its back to being 3 gms out.

My son came by tonight, he had seen the play on ESPN highlights last night. Thanks for posting it SWEET-C...yep...2 tough losses and yet we scored a lot against those CARDS

Just got home. What a great game.

Pujols grand slam and a homer from Ludwick back to back.

My daughter did really well. We only got up once for a drink. She sat through the whole thing and loved it.

Gary what is going on with the Dodgers protesting in the 8th inning and then it was announced that they were playing under protest?

Manny was booed every time he got up to the plate.

He hit a foul ball and ran to first base and took his sweet time getting back to home plate. They were really booing him then.

Was it like that when he played for the Red Sox with opposing teams?

The evil bullpen blows the lead again, which seems to happen every time Santana starts. He leaves winning 3-1, but the Padres end up tying it with 1 in the 8th and in 1 the 9th. But David Wright hit a 2 run walkoff HR to win it in the bot of the 9th, so all's well that ends well I guess .

The Fish beat the Phils, so we are back to being 2 back of the Phils and 1.5 back of the Fish, with those Fish now coming to Shea for 3 gms.

I see Manny hit another HR, that deal seems to be working out pretty well for everyone.

That's the stuff we in Boston called MbM (Manny being Manny)... not running it out to 1st... Instead he runs only when he thinks he has to. He 'moseys' around a lot... that stuff is minor. One time there were 2outs and he is MIA from his position, the manager looking out asking bench coach where he is... The story was that he went inside the green monster to 'relieve himself'...LOL It was funny and accepted here for a long time, but was getting really old this season, so we paid the Dodgers 7 million dollars to take him away Do not get me wrong he is an awesome hitter, hard worker... but a little crazy... welcome to Mannyworld... OK i'm done...
I'm game-less tonight... watchin LL semi's Mass vs New Hampshire...
