2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work. power walk after I was dropped off at work. another power walk after I was done at work but before I left to go home. my fitness goals have been attained for today. :D

no workout yet. K got some test results back and it doesn't look good. She apparently has developed liver disease that only occurs during pregnancy. If she goes to full
term the baby will die so they have to decide when to induce labour to be sure the baby is strong enough to survive but not wait so long that the liver condition kills her. I just lost my mom a few months ago, i can't stand the thought of losing my my first grandbaby too. Please add them to your prayer lists and ask anyone you know to add them as well.

will go for a brief power walk and run some errands in a few minutes. will work out to leslie sansone after that. going to take advantage of it not snowing out. :D

Still praying tuboard. We had our 23rd grandchild born Tues. So exciting.
