just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. will power walk and run an errand on my way to my meeting tonight. :D

took the bus to a neighboring community this afternoon. power walked and ran errands there. got home and changed from my jeans to a pair of dress slacks. power walked to the funeral home for calling hours. the father of friends died on sunday. dick was 91 and hadn't been well. also ran an errand on the way there. :D

No workout yet. I am just exhausted and want to sleep all the time. I ran some errands this morning with my youngest son, it was nice, no fussing at each other (he is 17 and a half and pretty much an argument machine sometime lol) we just went to town and got stuff done. I will try to get my workout in this afternoon, we are waiting on a package to be delivered and I don't want to be mid walk and have to open the door to the delivery guy, lol
