Light walk and interval walk.

2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands during my lunch break. just back from another power walk. will call the diner and order dinner in a few minutes. will power walk up there to pick it up. :D

These adds keep showing up. Know how to get rid of them ciecie,? It's only been happening a few days.

I have no idea on how to get rid of these ads. :( I power walked to the diner to pick up dinner for dad and myself. my fitness goals for today have been attained. :D
