Looking forward to some results this month!

I woke up feeling very sick today. My throat is killing me. But I feel so guilty for missing my workout.. damn! It really becomes addictive.

The muscles in my arms are starting to show! It's still not really noticeable, but when I flex and touch my arm.. I can feel it and see some muscle. I am really happy with that.

I just got Chalean Extreme today! I will be preparing to start and getting my groceries for the nutrition guide and plan to start on Sunday. I hope I can last through the entire program.

Does anyone else find that their weight loss is really, really slow while on this program? I eat 1300-1800 calories a day (I vary a little so my body doesn't get in a rut), and I've barely lost anything the entire Push month. Granted, I can tell I'm building muscle... a lot of it... but it's frustrating because there's still FAT over it so you can't see the muscle unless I'm flexing! I've been doing Chalean Extreme for 4 months now and I've only lost 8 pounds. Don't get it...

Yes I find the wieght loss is very slow for me. I am on week 3 of Burn circuit and have only gone from 195 to 194. I feel stronger and have more energy, so I'm sticking to it for the full 90 days! I am very hopeful.

My only issue is I'm having a hard time with the food part. Hard to eat well when the fiance doesn't want to eat quite as healthy as i do. hoping to learn some stuff from everyone here!

Thanks for listening!

I think with any weight loss for me at least I reaaly have to KICK up the cardio Do some type PRETTY hard heartbeating kind {simmalar to BURN IT OFF} at least total of 5 times a week in addition to weight lifting. I think somewhere in CHALEANS writings I have read that you do need to add more cardio for BEST weight loss... especially for stubbon pounds... like some of us deal with from sluggish metabolism. I know some people do TUBO JAMChalean.

I lost so far a little over 12 pounds. I though I was going to lose more, but then again, I'm building muscle. My biceps only show when I flex the arm. I still need to get rid of a lot of fat.

I do cardio 6x a week with the Chalean program. As cardios I use Turbo Jam. I feel a lot thinner and my old jeans are fitting in again so I am pleased with the results.

I just finished the second week of the Lean Phase. After the 90 days I'll do the Lean For Life month and then I'll start the program all over again.

Thanks for the input. Yeah, my jeans are looser too, I can tell there are good things going on... I'm just so impatient for the numbers to go down!

I own pretty much all the Turbo Jam videos but have never been very fond of them. I find it too easy to "cheat" (go easy on a section by not punching as hard, etc) and I usually get bored ("when is this section gonna be over?!"). Luckily, the weather is getting nicer so I can at least start going on walks or something.

Hey guys,
a new chick on the block I got ChaLean Extreme, and decided to start it today. I'm 5'5 and 145 lbs, want to be around 120-125 some day. I'm so excited to start this because I heard wonderful things and I'm looking forward to looking LEAN
I will follow the plan but I also add 1 cardio session on one of the rest days - some Leslie Sansone or Jillian Michales, I haven't decided yet, but I'm sure it will depend on the soreness of my body Unfortunately I can't add any more cardio than that because I'm in my senior year and the final exams are coming soon so I don't have so much time. That's why I'm glad that these videos are quite short, I can fit them into my schedule BTW, 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training seems to be good - we'll see. I follow a special diet so I won't follow Chalene's plan.
Unfortunately my heaviest weight is 6,5 lbs, but I have already ordered an adjustable set (max 22 lbs per hand, but if it turns to be too light, I will buy some additional plates as well). I hope that it will arrive soon
I made my before pics and I'm ready for action!
I hope to hear from you guys and we can share our progress and support each other! I'd love to

PS. sorry for my poor English, I'm from Hungary and still learning the language

Finished my first month, down 13lbs since...I have a lot more to lose than some of you ladies...so that's why I'm thinking I lost during the 1st month. I also walk my dog everyday for 30-45 mins after the video...even on rest days. Maybe that's helped too...but I'm definitely seeing more muscle definition in my arms and feeling so much stronger!!!

I'm going to start doing this in the morning hoping it will ramp up my metobolism for the rest of the day! Maybe I can get in an extra walk in the evenings.

Good luck for those that are just starting out...I think you're going to love it!!!

I too started Chalean Extreme today. I have no upper body strength, so I'm hoping that I will gain some with this. So far, I like it a lot. I still plan on doing cardio 6 x per week. This program is one that I can actually see myself completing. I plan on sharing my results throughout the program.

My first time through CLX I didn't lose much weight but I definitely saw more muscle tone. The second time through I added a cardio workout after each CLX workout and I lost more weight. The key is that the schedule that comes with the program is the minimum that should be done. You can always do more for better results.

AMAZING!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!

I started today my third week of the Lean Phase. I LOVE THIS PHASE! Soareness all over and some very tough exercises. I still hate the push-ups.. but is just because I can't do them on my toes yet. I mean, I do one or two, but that's it! Will I one day be able to do 12 in a row on my toes? Hope so!

Everyone starts lifting pretty light when we start (I started with 3lbs!). Now I'm lifiting 10lb on the majority of the routines and 15 on the lower body ones. On the Lean Phase I had to come down a little on the weights because it's more reps and we use the whole body on each exercise.. so it's pretty awesome.
