Hello all
After getting down to 125 and subsequently gaining back to 129 and beyond...I hadn't dared step on the scale, but finally found the courage this morning: 135.8. Not as bad as I expected, I feared I would see the 140s eek!
So I'm also determined to see that 129.x by the end of August. I will be exercising (walking 90 minutes daily), and trying to limit calories and will also use some alli pills that I have around until they run out. I'll post here my daily weigh-in
