SOP today because I realized I felt so good from my 30 minute low-impact dancing in front of the TV that I went for a brisk 20 minute walk around the block.
SOP because I've maintained my goal weight for a week now and we're leaving today for a 4.5 day vacation at my parents in Florida. I want to still be at goal weight when I weigh in next Wednesday.
I'm staying on plan today because I'm totally stressed out about my 30-page note (due at the end of the month, and I haven't started writing!), and I don't want to give in to stress eating.
