I'm staying on my daily exercise plan because if I don't do it every day then I give myself permission to skip more than one day in a row. Then days turn into weeks and a month goes by with no exercise and I'm back to square one.

Today I did 5 REAL pushups! Plus 20 girly pushups.

SOP because... it's becoming a lifestyle and not a plan, per se.

Also my legs are all sore after doing two good runs in the past two days. Now I'm not a natural runner (yet!) so I choose to savour the moment and feel proud instead of going OP and undoing the good work!

SOP because yesterday I could finally feel my muscles toning up from all the floor exercises I've been doing.

Having to log on everyday and post to this forum has really been a motivator to stay on plan.

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because I want to reach my halfway point in two weeks and there's no way I'll do that if I'm not on plan!! Then I'll be out of the 150s forever!!
