I'm staying on my exercise plan today because company's coming for dinner and DH wanted cheese and crackers as part of the appetizers. I also picked up some spinach, artichoke hummas that's healthier than the c&c.
Dessert is a carrot cake which I found out after I bought it is 590 calories a slice. That's more than I usually eat in a whole meal! Go thing my sweet tooth has fallen out.
Because I was feeling a bit blah... however going off plan would make me feel a lot blah... lol. So instead I plan on reading, watching movies and indulging myself in other ways. It's raining and getting dark, so sounds right for a cosy night in!
Because I did yesterday and it felt so much better than my biscuit fest the other night. Had a scale "preview" this morning. Don't think I'll be seeing 149 tomorrow but then that's just a reason to SOP - right?
The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because I almost slipped up yesterday. At one point I actually thought to myself, "If the ladies on 3FC can do it so can I." It's amazing how much this site has motivated me.
