Because last night when my boyfriend suggested we walk a couple of miles and get some ice cream I declined and went for some slim pretzles from trader joe's instead (24 of them are only 100 calories). They were a great choice - I discovered a new food in moderation that I can have, and am going to pick some up and count them out into baggies for night time tv viewing.
I'm also already 3/4 of the way to an all "on plan" day since I did a great job with breakfast and lunch!
I can do it!!!!!!! (said mostly for my own benefit).
Tomorrow's cooking club will be soups, and it will be easy to stay on plan there. I think this is giong to be a successful week
