I'm staying on plan today largely because of this site! Had a minor blip last night at book club, and am determined not to let it turn into a 3 day slide. So I've been reading this site today, and finding lots of inspiration.
Also, my weight-loss buddy and I are re-doing our bathing suit photos tomorrow evening - it'll be 1 month in, and we've both lost several pounds, but the really tangible proof is in the pictures, right?

That's why I'm SOP today - because I didn't have Janie's good sense following my blip last Friday which turned into Saturday, Sunday and Monday too. I've been doing well the last 3 days and I'm determined to keep it that way.
Good luck with your photos Janie. I imagine that a shoot like that would keep you focused!
I'm staying on plan today because the rents are coming Which usually means eating out, eating junk in the cupboards till I bust because I regress to my 14 year old eating habits. I will be strong. I will control my Intuitive Eating and I will not deprive myself of cookies or ice cream or flan but I will not eat too much.
Since I'm absolutely convinced that cardio is key for me ... and it's finally going to be above freezing here today (and for a few days) ... it ought to be easy and enjoyable to stay on plan today.
I'm SOP because my new tiny low rise jeans fit and I want to keep it that way. Now I'm working harder on the crunches to flatten down the last little bit of a tummy roll that sticks out over them when I sit down.
SOP because in England it's 7pm and I've done well so far today.
I don't want to be too scared to weigh myself on Monday like I was this week
