  • I'm SOP today because I worked my butt off on the bike this morning, and I deserve the benefits of that, without sabotaging them by eating garbage food!
  • SOP today because there are only a few hours left of it ... OP for two days in a row
  • SOP today because there is no "off plan". I don't have a plan! I have a mindset....
  • I have a sudden hankering to see 132 lbs. Dunno why.
  • I'm SOP because the weekend was terrible, but this is the start of a new week for me! Plus, I want to be 135 by Easter!!
  • I'm SOP today because the weekend (you know, the BIRTHDAY weekend) actually went better than expected and I'm at a reasonable weight for a Monday morning. I imagine that if I SOP that I'll see 138 by Friday!!!
  • I'm staying on plan today because I was SOOOO bad on my free day (so bad I'm afraid to weigh myself today) and I need to get right back up on the saddle this monday morning.
  • I'm staying on plan today because I did a great job yesterday and felt great when I woke up ... and I want to feel great tomorrow, too!
  • I'm staying on plan today because I'm too tired not to. I already have all of my food planned and packed for the day, and BF is cooking tonight, so staying on plan is actually the easy, lazy choice. Woo hoo!
  • SOP because I promised Ilene I would. Also I loved getting on the scales this morning to find out I'm under 150 for the first time since, um? Can't remember but probably since last summer at the latest.
  • SOP because I liked the way I looked this morning. It's a great feeling to have my waist back to it's normal small size.
  • Quote: SOP because I promised Ilene I would.
SOP because I promised Doughnut and suerose .... PLUS I was down this morning too ...

Imagine: staying OP = losing weight ... NOT rocket science ...
  • SOP today because....I sooooo didn't while I was on vacation in Arizona last weekend (but I did at least run or hike every day, so didn't do myself totally in).
  • Because I came here to read and you folks are so positive ... I think I can do it too.
  • I'm staying on plan because I realised that something I'd been telling myself was fundamentally stupid... And I think it might have some effect if I try to turn it around! (see my blog for more details!)
