I'm staying on plan today because I lost 3 lbs. in March and 1 inch in my waste. I know its not a lot to some, but it is to me.

SOP because every day forward in this new lifestyle is resulting in continually lower numbers on the scale... each day I wake up and am lighter ever before in my (admittedly short) adult life! Which is exciting.

I'm gonna stay on plan because the beach is calling my name. Well... it will be in a little bit when it gets warmer. But I'm gonna be ready for it!

Ooooh SavingServo - Do you live near the beach? I was brought up near the coast, but now I live inland and I really miss it!

I'm SOP today because I'm home today with the children and we're going to have a lovely relaxed day, including at some point a nice long walk with the dog. It's nice not to have to rush here, there and everywhere for once!

Because the odd (actually too frequent) off day is making my calorie average an uncomfortably odd number. I don't like it.
