And TODAY the one reason I am staying on plan is ...
I have just looked at my bank account and I am not doing so great (student life!) but if I can lose a pound and a half this week then I'll stop paying £5 to weigh in at Weight Watchers as I'll be back to within 5lbs of my original goal... (which I achieved briefly and then gained on!)
And would be only 11lbs off my REAL goal! (which pleases my money belt and my jeans belt!)
Today I stay on plan because it will get rid of that 2nd pound I gained (lost one of those yesterday). And like Susan said, it feels better to stay on plan!
Because that one pound is still lurking around......gotta stay on plan to get rid of it.
BTW, I've made myself some mini-goals. The 3FC weight progress chart is divided into 4 columns of 24 days each:
1st 24 days=lose 4 pounds
2nd=2 pounds
3rd=2 pounds
4th=2 pounds and then I'll be at goal (May 20th--just a little earlier than I previously predicted)
The little black dress I bought from J. Crew that fits perfectly and that I plan to wear to a wedding in two weeks. It's my first little black dress, ever, and it's the reason I was on plan yesterday and it's the reason I'll be on plan every day until the wedding. When I say it fits perfectly, I mean there's no room for me to get any bigger between now and then!
